Admission Prices

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Guided Tour of Fairhall House Museum (March - October)

Fairhall House Museum is open Monday to Friday with guided tours at 10.00 am, 12.00 pm  and 2.00 pm.

Weekday Tour Admission Price (March-October):

 

Adults: $25.00
Concession: $23.00 (Seniors, Pensioners & Full Time Students)
Group Rate: $21.00 per person for groups of 8 or more
(maximum 22)
After Hours: $32.00 (held monthly on the second Saturday at 10.00 am and 12.00 pm and third Thursday at 6.00 pm).  Concession and group rates do not apply.

Christmas at The Johnston Collection
Admission Price (November-February)

Disabled Access

Wheelchair access to Fairhall House Museum is limited. There are 3 steps to the entrance and a carpeted staircase of 19 steps which must be ascended in order to reach the first floor. Disabled car parking is not available. Please make us aware of the special needs of any member of your group in advance of your arrival so that we can offer every assistance.

FEES & CHARGES

The Johnston Collection is administered as an independent not-for-profit museum by The W R Johnston Trust.  An $8.00 booking and administration fee applies for telephone bookings.Thank you for your understanding.

The Johnston Collection is located in a residential area. Our Planning Permit sets out specific regulations that we are legally bound to follow. It is for this reason that you cannot come directly to the Collection.  Visitors must be collected from the Hilton on the Park Hotel, 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne.

SEATING AREA OUTSIDE THE PARK LOUNGE TO THE LEFT OF THE MAIN LOBBY 

as you enter the Hilton on the Park Hotel

Public Transport/Parking Options

We encourage all visitors to arrive at the Hilton on the Park by public transport.

You will need to allow an hour and a half from pick-up to delivery back to the Hilton on the Park Hotel (except for Double Programme bookings).

Public transport options to the Hilton on the Park Hotel, East Melbourne, include the No. 48 tram and No. 75 trams. Both trams travel past the Hilton on the Park Hotel in Wellington Parade (Tram Stop 11).  The Jolimont Station, located opposite the Hilton on the Park Hotel, is on the Epping/Hurstbridge line.

Underground public parking is available at the Hilton on the Park (for further information +61 3 9419 2000).

The Johnston Collection is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality visits.  We endeavour to make sure that all programmes listed on our website are correct.   In the event that a programme is not available or we are unable to fulfil your booking we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative programme or a full refund.
